Location: Leeds City Centre

Salary: Hourly rate dependent on experience

We are currently looking for a Weekend Receptionist/Office Administrator to work Saturdays from 10am – 4pm in our City Centre office.

The role will involve:

~ Meeting and greeting customers
~ Answering and screening telephone calls
~ Taking messages
~ Booking in viewings
~ Taking payments
~ Updating available properties on both the website and on lists
~ Providing basic support for the accounts department
~ General office administration tasks

You will have:

~ A friendly and welcoming personality
~ Good written and spoken communication skills
~ Good organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
~ Good ICT knowledge including Excel, Outlook, Word, etc
~ Confident but courteous manner when dealing with difficult customers
~ English and Maths A-C GCSE (or equivalent)
